Our commitment to our customers is to always offer the best level of service possible. In order to achieve this, we created our Van Centre Promise where every vehicle we sell reaches the following minimum standard:
- A minimum of 6 months MOT
- A Full pre-delivery service and inspection using genuine Ford parts
- Our own no quibble fully comprehensive warranty or the remaining balance of manufacturer warranty
- Carry out any outstanding manufacturer recalls where applicable
- Offer a road test to ensure the vehicle meets your requirements
- Hand over all vehicle documentation including V5 document, MOT certificate and service records
- Supply every vehicle with 2 keys
- Provide a free history check
- Professionally prepare and hand over the vehicle in a good condition
- Honour our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to protect your purchase.
