I viewed a Transit van and put a deposit on it. It wasn't new and there were a few little issues but it was clean and low mileage, Chris told me anything that needs doing would be done before i pick it up........do we ever believe that? In this case what a surprise not only did they do the items that I asked about they went far beyond anything I would have expected!!!! When I drove back it was like a new van.
